You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. Purchases on behalf of minors require parental consent.

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) unless your selected region uses a different default GCC currency, in which case prices are converted at the rate shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if pricing or availability is materially wrong on the storefront due to a system error, before payment is captured.

Payments are processed by MyFatoorah, a Kuwait Central Bank-licensed payment gateway. We do not store your card details; MyFatoorah holds them in compliance with PCI-DSS.

KNET (Kuwait), Mada (KSA), Benefit (Bahrain), and major international cards are supported, subject to MyFatoorah availability.

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Kuwait-domestic delivery is typically 1–3 business days; GCC delivery 3–7 business days.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Make sure the address and contact phone are correct — we cannot redirect a shipment in transit.

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. This right is consistent with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwait courts.
