Last updated: 2026-05-29
This Shipping Policy explains how ⟪COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME unset⟫ delivers your orders inside Kuwait and across the GCC. Delivery windows and fees are confirmed at checkout — what follows is the operational detail.
Where we deliver
Kuwait: all six governorates (Al Asimah, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Ahmadi, Jahra).
GCC: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar — door-to-door via courier partner.
Outside the GCC: not supported on the storefront. Contact us for bulk or business enquiries.
Order processing
Orders placed before 14:00 Kuwait time on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on Kuwait public holidays are processed the next business day.
Imported items (1688 / Alibaba sourced) carry a longer lead time disclosed on the product page — typically 14–21 days.
Estimated delivery windows
Kuwait domestic: 1–3 business days from dispatch.
KSA / UAE: 3–5 business days.
Bahrain / Oman / Qatar: 4–7 business days.
Imported items: 14–21 days from order, including customs clearance.
Shipping fees
Kuwait: free over KWD 15.000, otherwise KWD 1.500.
GCC: calculated by weight and destination, shown at checkout.
Bulky items (over 30 kg): a surcharge is shown at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you receive an email and SMS with the courier tracking number and a link. The tracking link is also available on /account/orders.
If something goes wrong
Failed delivery (wrong address, recipient unavailable): the courier retries the next business day. After three failed attempts, the package returns to our warehouse and we contact you for instructions; you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Lost or stolen package: contact ⟪CUSTOMER_SERVICE_EMAIL unset⟫ or ⟪CUSTOMER_SERVICE_PHONE unset⟫ within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim with the courier.
Damaged on arrival: photograph the box AND the item before unpacking further, and contact us within 48 hours. We arrange a replacement or refund.
Customs and duties
Intra-GCC shipments under the GCC Common Customs Law do not incur additional duty at the destination, subject to the destination country implementation.
You are responsible for any local customs charges that do apply (rare in practice for the listed countries).
